1. 99%-lean ground turkey - 2 pounds
2. Onion, minced - 1 small
3. Panko bread crumbs - ½ cup
4. Buffalo wing sauce - ¼ cup
5. Chopped fresh parsley (Optional) - ¼ cup
6. Egg - 1
7. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
8. Celery seed - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
11. Paprika - 1 pinch
12. Salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Monterey Jack cheese - 12 slices
14. Hamburger buns, split - 12
15. Ranch dressing, or to taste - 6 tablespoons
16. Buffalo wing sauce, or to taste - 6 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Actually Delicious Buffalo Turkey Burgers

1. Stage

Preheat a George Foreman® Grill or an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

2. Stage

Mix ground turkey, onion, panko, 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce, parsley, egg, garlic, celery seed, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt together in a large bowl; form into 12 patties.

3. Stage

Grill patties on the grill for 3 minutes, flip and continue grilling until cooked through, about 2 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Top each burger with a slice of Monterey Jack cheese and place each inside a bun.

Mix ranch dressing and 6 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce together in a bowl; spread onto each burger.
