1. Rice vinegar - ¼ cup
2. Sugar - ¼ cup
3. Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
4. Ramen noodles with seasoning packet - 2 (3 ounce) packages
5. Romaine lettuce, chopped - ½ head
6. Mandarin orange segments, drained - 1 (10 ounce) can
7. Slivered almonds - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Chinese Noodle Salad

1. Stage

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together vinegar, sugar, and oil. Microwave on high until sugar dissolves, about 1 minute. Mix well, and set aside to cool.

Crush ramen noodles in the packages. Pour into salad dressing.
