1. Chocolate fudge cake mix (such as Betty Crocker®) - 15 ¼ ounces
2. Salted butter, melted - ½ cup
3. Eggs, divided - 4
4. Vanilla extract (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
5. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Cocoa powder - 5 tablespoons
7. Powdered sugar - 4 cups

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Gooey Butter Cake

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Mix cake mix, butter, 2 eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Pat into the prepared pan.

Mix cream cheese, cocoa powder, and remaining eggs together in another bowl with an electric mixer. Beat in powdered sugar slowly. Pour over cake layer in the pan.
