1. Idahoan® Steakhouse Cheesy Hashbrowns - 1 (5.5 ounce) box
2. Buttermilk - ½ cup
3. Sliced bacon, diced - 1 cup
4. Onion, diced - 1 small
5. Eggs, beaten - 3
6. Swiss cheese, shredded - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Christmas Morning Breakfast Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

2. Stage

Prepare Idahoan Steakhouse Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoes, following packaging directions, replacing the 1/2 cup milk with 1/2 cup buttermilk.

3. Stage

In a medium size skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

4. Stage

Stir in eggs, Swiss cheese, and bacon-onion mixture.

5. Stage

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle crunchy onion topping on top of potatoes. Let stand 5 minutes then serve.
