1. Instant vanilla pudding mix - 2 (3.4 ounce) packages
2. Buttermilk - 2 cups
3. Frozen whipped topping, thawed - 12 ounces
4. Pineapple chunks, drained - 1 (20 ounce) can
5. Mandarin oranges, drained - 2 (11 ounce) cans
6. Fudge stripe cookies - ½ (11.5 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Cookie Salad I

1. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mix and the buttermilk. Fold in the whipped topping. Mix in the pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges. Chill until ready to serve. Crush cookies and mix in just before serving.
