1. Day-old bread cubes - 3 cups
2. Raisins - ⅓ cup
3. Unsweetened applesauce - 1 ½ cups
4. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
6. Milk - 1 ½ cups
7. White sugar - ½ cup
8. Buttermilk - ¼ cup
9. Eggs, beaten - 2
10. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground cinnamon - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Old-Fashioned Southern Bread Pudding

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread bread cubes and raisins in a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Mix applesauce, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a small bowl. Pour mixture over bread.
