Place tomatoes, 1 serrano pepper, onion, cilantro, garlic, salt, cumin, agave, black pepper, and chili powder in a food processor and pulse a few times. Taste and adjust salt, serrano pepper, and agave nectar if necessary. Pulse to desired consistency.
