2. Yeast dough - 450 gram
3. Flour - 50 gram
4. Mashed potatoes - 250 gram
5. Bacon - 4 a piece
6. Milk - 1/2 Art.
7. Goat cheese - 55 gram
8. Hard cheese - 100 gram
9. Salt - taste
10. Black pepper - taste
Sauce
1. Yogurt 235 Ml
2. Milk 2 tbsp
3. Dor Blue cheese 2 tbsp
4. Salt taste
5. Black pepper taste
6. Garlic powder 0.5 Tsp

How to cook deliciously - Calzone with mashed potato filling

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet covered with baking paper with olive oil.

2. Stage

Fry the bacon until crisp on both sides for about 10 minutes. Blot in a paper towel to remove excess fat and chop finely.

In a food processor, beat mashed potatoes with milk and goat cheese. Salt and pepper. Add chopped bacon and green onions, stirring with a spatula.

Roll out all the pieces of dough. In the middle, add 1/4 of the whole mashed potatoes to one half of the circle dough, put the grated cheddar on top. Repeat with the rest of the dough and toppings.
