How to cook deliciously - Corn tortillas with cous cous, herbs and cheese
1. Stage
Pour cous cous with boiling water and leave to swell.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. I usually use homemade salty cheese. You can basically take any hard cheese, then don't forget to salt it.

We add baking soda and kefir to the cornflour. The color of the dough is sunny, just right for the morning, immediately lifting our spirits.

We add grated cheese and our cous cous to the dough.

Now it's the turn of the greens and eggs. the dough turns out very appetizing. If you think it's too thick, add kefir.
