2. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
3. Horseradish - 1 tablespoon
4. Minced garlic - ½ teaspoon
5. Minced onion - 2 tablespoons
6. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
7. Hot pepper sauce - ½ teaspoon
8. Crabmeat, drained - 1 (8 ounce) can
9. White pepper to taste - 1 (8 ounce) can
10. Soft pretzels - 4
11. Shredded Colby-Jack cheese - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Crab and Jack Pretzel

1. Stage

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and horseradish in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in garlic, onion, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce. Gently fold in the crabmeat, and season with white pepper to taste. Spoon mixture evenly over the pretzels, and sprinkle each with 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
