1. Parmesan cheese flavored bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
2. Chopped red bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
3. Chopped yellow bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
4. Green onions, chopped - 2
5. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced - ¼
6. Butter, melted - 4 tablespoons
7. Crabmeat, drained and flaked - 1 (6 ounce) can
8. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 2 tablespoons
9. Grouper - 4 (6 ounce) fillets

How to cook deliciously - Crab Crusted Grouper

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Stir bread crumbs, red pepper, yellow pepper, green onions, jalapeño, butter, crabmeat, and mozzarella cheese together in a medium bowl. Arrange grouper fillets in a single layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread the crumb topping evenly over the fish.

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork. If you have thin fillets, you can broil for 10 minutes instead of baking.
