2. Shredded carrots - 1 cup
3. Sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 (8 ounce) can
4. Green onions, sliced - 2
5. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
6. Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
7. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
8. Garlic, smashed - 1 clove
9. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
10. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
11. Dry mustard - 1 teaspoon
12. Mayonnaise (Optional) - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Crunchy Pea and Water Chestnut Salad

1. Stage

Place frozen peas in a colander; rinse under hot water to thaw. Drain.

Mix peas, carrots, water chestnuts, and green onions together in a bowl.
