1. Dark beer 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle
2. Apple cider vinegar 1 cup
3. Chopped red bell peppers 3
4. Celery ribs, chopped 3
5. Carrots, chopped 3
6. Chopped onion 1
7. Garlic, peeled 1 head
8. Venison ribs 6 pounds
9. Cajun seasoning 2 tablespoons
10. Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Deer Ribs

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).

Pour beer and vinegar into a large roasting pan. Add red bell peppers, celery, carrots, onion, and garlic.

Rub venison ribs with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place ribs over vegetables in the roasting pan. Cover with a tight-fitting lid or aluminum foil.
