We make minced meat from chicken fillet or take ready-made. I chop the onions very finely in the mince, I like it better than chopping them together with the meat.

Zucchini 250 g divided in half. I grated half of it on a medium grater and put it in the minced chicken, without squeezing it. Dill finely chopped. There it sent chopped onions, rice and beat an egg. Salt and pepper it a little. For those who sit on a diet not spicy and for children, pepper is not necessary and put less salt.

All combined and let stand for a while. The stuffing for the meatballs is ready.
4 . Stage
Cut onions, carrots, remaining zucchini, bell peppers and apples randomly. Divide in half. Put half of it on the bottom of the mold.
5 . Stage
Form the meatballs and place them immediately on the vegetables in the form. From this amount of minced meat I got 12 pieces of fairly large meatballs, which I always fit into this form - 4 rows of 3 pieces. I know this and always make so much minced meat that there is no leftovers. On top lay the other half of the vegetables with the apple. We warm a glass of milk and dissolve a little flour in it, salt to taste. Pour the meatballs with vegetables.
6 . Stage
I covered the form with foil and sent it into the oven for 1 hour at t-180 C.
7 . Stage
After 40 minutes I removed the foil and baked without it for 20 minutes. The meatballs are ready.
8 . Stage
Serve. You can serve with sour cream or yogurt.
