Pre-pour raisins with boiling water.

Mix all the ingredients. I usually mix everything by hand. You don't have to worry that the mixture will turn out a little liquid - that's how it should be.

We put the colander in the pan, so that it does not fall into it completely, and cover with gauze (4 layers will be enough).

Pour the entire mixture into gauze.
5. Stage
We cover the top with several layers of gauze and a plate. I usually leave such a construction on the balcony overnight. I put a bucket of water on the plate.
6. Stage
Remove the top layer of gauze and turn the Easter cake on a plate. Get rid of the remaining gauze. You can decorate the Easter cake with all kinds of sprinkles, nuts, candied fruits, of which there are plenty in our stores!
