1. Savoy cabbage, sliced - 1 head
2. Butter - 3 tablespoons
3. Heavy whipping cream, or to taste - ¼ cup
4. Ground nutmeg, or to taste - ⅛ teaspoon
5. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Easy Savoy Cabbage

1. Stage

Place cabbage into a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook for 1 minute.

2. Stage

Remove from the heat and drain. Rinse under cold water, then squeeze with your hands until cabbage is as dry as possible.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cabbage, cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook until cabbage is soft and creamy, 2 to 4 minutes.
