1. Watercress - 1 bunch
2. Extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed - 1 (12 ounce) package
3. Bean sprouts - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Grape tomatoes, halved - 1 (8 ounce) container
5. Tuna, drained - 1 (5 ounce) can
6. Minced green onion - ½ cup
7. Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) - ⅓ cup
8. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
9. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
10. Sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
11. Grated fresh ginger - ½ teaspoon
12. Garlic, minced - 1 clove

How to cook deliciously - Easy Tofu and Watercress Salad

1. Stage

Cut watercress into 1 1/2-inch lengths. Combine with tofu, bean sprouts, grape tomatoes, tuna, and green onion in a large bowl.

2. Stage

Mix shoyu, olive oil, sugar, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic together in a bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad (a little goes a long way) and toss before serving.
