1. Watercress 1 bunch
2. Extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed 1 (12 ounce) package
3. Bean sprouts 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Grape tomatoes, halved 1 (8 ounce) container
5. Tuna, drained 1 (5 ounce) can
6. Minced green onion ½ cup
7. Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) ⅓ cup
8. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
9. White sugar 1 tablespoon
10. Sesame seeds 2 teaspoons
11. Grated fresh ginger ½ teaspoon
12. Garlic, minced 1 clove

How to cook deliciously - Easy Tofu and Watercress Salad

1 . Stage

Cut watercress into 1 1/2-inch lengths. Combine with tofu, bean sprouts, grape tomatoes, tuna, and green onion in a large bowl.

2 . Stage

Mix shoyu, olive oil, sugar, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic together in a bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad (a little goes a long way) and toss before serving.
