Ingredients for - Edamame Dip (Edamole)

1. Garlic - 2 cloves
2. Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce - 1
3. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
4. Hot pepper sauce, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
5. Cumin - ½ teaspoon
6. Frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), thawed - 1 cup
7. Water, or as needed (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Edamame Dip (Edamole)

1. Stage

Place the garlic cloves, chipotle pepper, olive oil, hot sauce, and cumin into a blender. Puree until smooth, then add the edamame, and continue to puree until smooth. Add water as needed to achieve your desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
