1. Water - 4 cups
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 8 ounces
3. Green onions, thinly sliced, divided - 1 bunch
4. Carrot, sliced - 1 large
5. Yellow onion, sliced - ½
6. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
7. Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
8. Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
9. Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
10. Rice wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground white pepper - ½ teaspoon
12. Cracked black pepper - ½ teaspoon
13. Chicken-flavored ramen noodles - 2 (3 ounce) packages

How to cook deliciously - Fancy Ramen

1. Stage

Combine water, mushrooms, 1/2 the green onions, carrot, onion, soy sauce, garlic, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, white pepper, black pepper, and flavor packets from ramen in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook, occasionally stirring, until noodles are tender yet firm to the bite, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Serve topped with remaining green onions.
