1. Frisee lettuce - washed, dried, and torn into pieces 1 head
2. Extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Chopped shallot 2 tablespoons
4. Real bacon bits 2 tablespoons
5. White vinegar 1 tablespoon
6. Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
7. Red wine 1 tablespoon
8. White sugar 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Frisee Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing

1 . Stage

Place frisee lettuce in a serving bowl.

2 . Stage

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add shallot and cook until soft, about 2 minutes. Add bacon bits, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, red wine, sugar and remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil; stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and cook until dressing is hot.

3 . Stage

Pour hot bacon dressing over frisee and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
