1. 1 cup vanilla yogurt -
3. 1 to 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint -
4. 3/4 cup chopped peeled peaches or nectarines -
5. 1-1/2 teaspoons orange juice -
6. 3/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries -
7. 3/4 cup fresh raspberries -
8. 3/4 cup fresh blueberries -
10. Chocolate graham crackers -
How to cook deliciously - Fruit Dessert
1. Stage
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, honey and mint, and stir to combine. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it until you're ready to serve.
2. Stage
Just before serving, place the sliced peaches into a large bowl, and drizzle them with the orange juice. Add all the berries, and sprinkle the sugar over the top. Using a rubber spatula, slowly stir the ingredients, being careful not to damage the berries.
3. Stage
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fruit mixture to a serving bowl. Serve the fun fruit dessert with the yogurt sauce and chocolate graham crackers for dipping.
