1. Grated Cheddar cheese - 1 ½ cups
2. Cream cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
3. Crushed pineapple, drained - 1 cup
4. Ground ginger - ¼ teaspoon
5. Roasted sunflower seeds, crushed - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Fruity Cheese Ball

1. Stage

Combine Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add pineapple and ginger; mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
