7. Hearts of romaine, halved lengthwise - 2
8. Vine-ripened tomatoes, diced - 2
9. Diced cucumber - ½ cup
10. Diced red onion - ½ cup
11. Crumbled feta cheese - ½ cup
12. Halved Kalamata olives - 10

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
