1. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
2. Anchovy fillets, chopped - 4
3. Butter, softened - 6 tablespoons
4. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
5. Crumbled feta cheese - ¾ cup
6. Sour cream - ¼ cup
7. Chopped fresh chives - 1 tablespoon
8. Hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™), or to taste - 1 dash
9. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 dash

1. Stage

Combine the garlic, anchovies, butter, cream cheese, feta cheese, sour cream, chives, hot pepper sauce and pepper in the container of a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl, and serve with crackers, bread slices, or pita chips.
