1. Frozen cut green beans, thawed - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
3. Milk, or more to taste - ½ cup
4. Sour cream - ½ cup
5. Shredded Swiss cheese - ½ cup
6. French-fried onions, divided - 1 (2.8 ounce) package
7. Garlic salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix green beans, condensed soup, 1/2 cup milk, sour cream, Swiss cheese, 1/2 of the French-fried onions, garlic salt, soy sauce, and pepper together in a large casserole dish.
