3. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese ⅓ cup
4. Egg 1 large
5. Milk, or as needed 1 tablespoon
6. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
7. Salt, or to taste ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper, or to taste ½ teaspoon
9. Olive oil, or as needed 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Green Pea Patties

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook peas in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl; mash peas using a fork.

Mix flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper into mashed peas, adding more milk or flour until mixture holds together. Shape pea mixture into 1/2-inch-thick patties.
