7. Baking soda - 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Ground cinnamon - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Grated carrots - 2 cups
11. Cream cheese - ½ (8 ounce) package
12. Butter, softened - ¼ cup
13. Confectioners' sugar - 2 cups
14. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Easy Gluten-Free Carrot Cake

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Beat white sugar and vegetable oil together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; beat in eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix.
