1. 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce -
2. 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley -
3. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar -
4. 1/4 cup soy sauce -
5. 2 tablespoons olive oil -
6. 1 teaspoon minced garlic -
7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
8. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper -
9. 4 boneless pork loin chops (8 ounces each and 1 inch thick) -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Boneless Pork Chops

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Add pork chops; turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

2. Stage

Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork chops, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.
