Ingredients for - Grilled Chicken Kabobs

1. PAM® Grilling Spray -
2. La Choy® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce and Marinade - ½ cup
3. La Choy® Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
4. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 pound
5. Zucchini, halved lengthwise, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices - 1 medium
6. Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup
7. Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces - ½ medium
8. Bamboo skewers - 8 (6 inch)
9. Ben's Original Ready Rice Jasmine - 2 (8.5 ounce) packages

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Chicken Kabobs

1. Stage

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grease the grate with cooking spray.

2. Stage

Combine teriyaki sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl; set aside.

3. Stage

Thread pieces of chicken, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion on each skewer.

4. Stage

Cook on the preheated grill for 5 minutes; turn over and brush with sauce mixture. Continue grilling until chicken is no longer pink in the center and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes more. Turn again and brush with remaining sauce; grill until sauce is hot, being careful not to burn.

Heat rice according to package directions. Serve kabobs with rice.
