4. Fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped - ¼ pound
5. Frozen corn kernels, thawed - ¾ cup
6. White hominy - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Chickpeas - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Whole chicken wings, split - 8
9. Chicken bouillon - 3 cubes
10. Tomato sauce - 5 tablespoons
11. Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
12. White potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2
13. Jalapeno peppers, julienned - 2
14. Water - 6 ½ cups

1. Stage

In a large pot, combine zucchini, yellow squash, onion, green beans, corn, hominy, chickpeas, chicken, bouillon, tomato sauce, garlic powder, potatoes, jalapenos and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until chicken falls off the bone and flavors are well blended, 1 to 2 hours.
