2. Roasted tahini - ½ cup
3. Lemon juice - ¼ cup
4. Grated lemon zest, minced - 1 teaspoon
5. Garlic - 2 cloves
6. Packed flat leaf parsley - ¼ cup
7. Chopped green onions - ¼ cup
8. Salt to taste - ¼ cup
9. Ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Hummus I

1. Stage

Place garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, and green onion in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth, adding water if the mixture is too thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
