How to cook deliciously - Chicken pockets with cheese sauce
1. Stage
In the thick part of the chicken breast with a sharp knife to make an indentation, like a pocket.

Fill the pocket with mushrooms, leave 1 tbsp. of mushrooms for the sauce.

Heat a frying pan to a pearl effect, place the chicken breasts.
4. Stage
When the part of the breast that is frying is cooked, the pan itself "gives" the meat and you can easily turn it over. Fry on all sides.

For the sauce, mix the sour cream, remaining mushrooms, chopped garlic and grated cheese.
6. Stage
Spread the sauce on each breast, turn off the stove and cover with the lid. After 10 minutes the breasts are ready.
