Ingredients for - Multigrain Waffles

1. Whole wheat pancake mix - 3 cups
2. Flax milk - 2 cups
3. Ripe bananas, mashed - 2
4. Old-fashioned oats - ⅓ cup
5. Amaranth - ½ cup
6. Millet - ½ cup
7. Aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas) - 4 tablespoons
8. Medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil - 4 tablespoons
9. Vegan sour cream - 4 tablespoons
10. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
11. Sunflower seeds - ¼ cup
12. Chopped walnuts - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Multigrain Waffles

1. Stage

Combine pancake mix, flax milk, bananas, oats, amaranth, millet, aquafaba, MCT oil, sour cream, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Mix well. Fold in sunflower seeds and walnuts. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.

3. Stage

Pour 3/4 cup batter in the hot waffle iron and cook until waffle is golden brown and the iron stops steaming, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter. Break each waffle into quarters.
