Ingredients for - Imitation Crab Salad

1. Eggs 6
2. Sourdough bread, cubed ½ (1 pound) loaf
3. Imitation crabmeat, flaked 1 pound
4. Celery, chopped 3 stalks
5. Onion, chopped ½ small
6. Mayonnaise 1 cup
7. Sour cream 2 tablespoons
8. Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Imitation Crab Salad

1 . Stage

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.

2 . Stage

Trim crust from bread and dice into cubes.

3 . Stage

In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, eggs, imitation crab meat, celery, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix together well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
