3. Garlic, minced - 1 large clove
4. Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
5. Green cabbage, thinly sliced - ½ head
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Garam masala - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Indian Fried Cabbage

1. Stage

Heat coconut oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick pan or wok. Add red onion and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in garlic and cumin seeds; cook and stir for 1 minute.
