4. Red onion, thinly sliced ½ medium
5. Chopped cilantro leaves ½ cup
6. Honey ¼ cup
7. Limes, juiced 2 medium
8. Salt 1 teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper, or more to taste ⅛ teaspoon
