1. Stage
The dough was kneaded in a food processor. Sift flour, add yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, softened margarine, pour heated kefir. Knead the dough. Put the dough to rise for 1.5 - 2 hours in a warm place. I preheat the oven to a minimum temperature (in my case it is 50 degrees), turn it off and put a container with the dough there, covered with a napkin. While the dough is coming up, I make the filling. For this, I simply mix sugar and coconut shavings. Take out the dough, form it into balls and roll it into flatbreads. Grease each flatbread with vegetable oil.

Put the filling on the tortilla (I put 2 tsp. on each one) and spread it out.

Roll up into a roll, fold it in half and seal it.

Cut the roll and turn it out.

Place the buns on a baking tray and let rise for 5 to 10 minutes. Place in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
