How to cook deliciously - Strawberry jam with mint and ginger
1. Stage
Pick, wash and dry the strawberries and put them in a pot. Add half the sugar and allow to drain for 1 hour.

Wash and dry 3-4 sprigs of mint. Separate the leaves, 10-15 pieces, or the number - as desired and to taste. Prepare the ginger root. Cut off a piece of 2 cm (or larger), and then peel.
