1. Stage
Pour 1 liter of water over chicken breasts and boil until tender. Set aside the meat. Strain the broth, salt and pepper it. Pour 250g. and soak gelatin in it. Add wine, lemon juice to 750g of broth.

Cut the green and red peppers into pieces. Cut chicken meat into pieces. Pineapple from the compote, without juice, also cut into pieces.

Cut mushrooms into circles and fry them in a dry pan for 3 minutes.

Add peppers, pineapple, chicken meat and mushrooms to the broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add sugar. I use cane sugar. Pour in the gelatin mixture. Stir gently until the gelatin is dissolved.

Prepare a deep mold by covering it with clingfilm.
7. Stage
Use a ladle to carefully fill the form with the mixture. Put the cooled filling in the fridge until it freezes completely. It took me 12 hours to freeze.
8. Stage
Carefully invert the frozen casserole onto a large platter. Remove the film. You can invite guests and I am sure that this dish will not leave anyone indifferent! And the main thing! The pineapple will be a pleasant surprise!
