Place the dough in the prepared mold. Flatten with a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 200g for 15 minutes.

Immediately remove the finished cake from the mold on a rack. Leave to cool completely.

Let's prepare the cream. Beat the butter, one tablespoon of sunflower oil and powdered sugar until white.

Carefully, spoon by spoonful, add the yogurt, beating all the time. Yogurt is right! It will give the sourness, which is essential here!

Place the cream on top of the cake. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. I had it overnight.
