Cooking
1 . Stage
First we make the cream. Pour the sugar into a saucepan, add the eggs and beat the mixture with a mixer until white foam.

2 . Stage
Then add milk and flour and beat with a mixer again.

3 . Stage
Place on medium heat, MUST stir constantly! As soon as it begins to boil, turn down the heat and stir more vigorously.

4 . Stage
It turns out this mass of creamy color. Add melted butter and mix everything with a whisk.

5 . Stage
Personally, I like chocolate cream better, so I added cocoa powder to this cream. You can, of course, not add it, but for me, the cake tastes better with chocolate cream. That's it, the cream is ready!

6 . Stage
Prepare the dough. In a saucepan put sugar, honey, eggs, carbonated soda and softened butter.

7 . Stage
Put everything in a water bath and, while stirring well, simmer for 5 minutes.

8 . Stage
Remove from the bath and gradually add the sifted flour. Stir with a spoon at first until the mixture becomes sticky, then you can also use your hands.

9 . Stage
Then transfer the finished dough to the table. DO NOT KNEAD! Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll into balls.

10 . Stage
Roll out the balloons into small sheets and cut out circles from them. I used a plate to cut out the circles. In addition to the 8 cakes, I got 3 more from the scraps. The rest of the leftovers will be used for sprinkles, or you can make delicious cookies;)

11 . Stage
I baked the cakes in the oven at 150 degrees for 5-7 minutes. I couldn't do anything in the pan (as it says) :(

12 . Stage
The cakes must not have a golden crust, otherwise they will be stiff.
