4. 1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning, plus more for garnish -
5. 1/4 c. green onions, thinly sliced -

How to cook deliciously - Lemony Crab Rolls
1. Stage
In medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, Old Bay, green onions, salt and pepper, then gently fold in crab meat until just combined.
2. Stage
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush sides of buns with melted butter and cook until golden, about 2 minutes per side.
3. Stage
Line each roll with 1 leaf Bibb lettuce and spoon in crab mixture. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning and serve with lemon wedges.
