How to cook deliciously - Lenten Chernigov borscht
1. Stage
Soak the beans in water overnight and boil them until tender.
2. Stage
Prepare all the products. Pour 1.25 liters of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Stage
Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces and put them in boiling water. Turn the heat down to low.

Grate beets and carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, add water to slightly cover the vegetables, tomato paste, sugar and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Add the dressing to the potatoes. Cut the apple into small cubes, zucchini into small slices, add to the borscht.

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Add to the borscht.

Add shredded cabbage, boiled beans and diced bell peppers, salt to taste.
8. Stage
Boil until the cabbage is ready. Turn off, add chopped greens and pour 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
