How to cook deliciously - Light fish soup
1 . Stage
We take a pot. I have a cast-iron pot. I cook everything in it. And so we begin. We fry onion until golden brown in olive oil (I have sunflower oil). Add carrots. We fry everything for a couple of minutes.
2 . Stage
As everything is fried. Add water. I poured half a pot. I have a small pot. Cut potatoes into small squares. As the water boils, add potatoes to it.
3 . Stage
We take a fish. I have Tilampia. Cut it into small pieces. As the water with potatoes has boiled and everything boiled for 5 minutes, add the fish.
4 . Stage
While everything is boiling, fry the mushrooms in olive oil. Add the shrimp. As everything is fried, add the garlic, chopped finely. A couple of minutes of frying and put everything in our pot.

Cut half of the cheese into small squares and throw them into the soup. Mix well.

Then add salt and spices to taste. I added the peppercorns, Italian herbs, and bay leaf.
7 . Stage
Taste the readiness of the potatoes. If the potatoes are ready, you can turn off. Cover the soup with lid and let it stand for 5 minutes. Chop some dill. Take rye bread. And dinner is ready. Bon appetit! Easy, quick and delicious.
