4. Matchstick-cut jicama - ½ cup
5. Black beans - ½ cup
6. Corn - ½ cup
7. Shredded pepperjack cheese - ½ cup
8. Chopped fresh cilantro - ⅓ cup
9. Chopped fresh parsley - ⅓ cup
10. Lime juice - ½ cup
11. White sugar - 2 teaspoons
12. Salt to taste - 2 teaspoons
13. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch

1. Stage
