1. Eggs - 3
2. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
3. Packed brown sugar - 1 cup
4. White sugar - 1 cup
5. Maple flavored extract - 3 teaspoons
6. All-purpose flour - 2 ½ cups
7. Wheat germ - ½ cup
8. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
9. Salt - 2 teaspoons
10. Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
11. Grated zucchini - 2 cups
12. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Maple Zucchini Bread

1. Stage

In a mixing bowl, beat the 3 eggs; add oil, sugars and flavoring, mixing until foamy. Blend in the flour, wheat germ, baking powder, soda, and salt. Stir in zucchini and nuts. Pour batter into 2 greased bread pans

2. Stage

Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 1 hour. Cool.
