Ingredients for - Liz's Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

1. Onion, cut into wedges - 1 large
2. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped - 3 large
3. Butter, cut into chunks - ¼ cup
4. Garlic, chopped - 5 cloves
5. Carrots, peeled and sliced - 4
6. Potatoes, peeled and cubed - 5
7. Cauliflower, separated into florets - 1 head
8. Curry powder - 4 ½ tablespoons
9. Ground turmeric - 2 tablespoons
10. Red chile flakes, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
11. Ground ginger - ½ tablespoon
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ tablespoon
13. Chicken stock, or as needed - 4 cups
14. All-purpose flour, or as needed - 4 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Liz's Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

1. Stage

Place onion, chicken, butter, garlic, carrots, potatoes, and cauliflower in a slow cooker in that order. Sprinkle curry powder, turmeric, chile flakes, ginger, salt, and pepper on top. Add enough chicken stock to mostly cover the contents of the slow cooker.

2. Stage

Cook on Low, stirring periodically if you are home, about 8 hours.

3. Stage

Stir flour into the slow cooker and let simmer until the sauce thickens a bit, 10 to 15 minutes.
