1. Frozen fried potato nuggets 1 (32 ounce) package
2. Corned beef, chopped (1 cup) 6 ounces
3. Sauerkraut, drained ½ cup
4. Shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.) 1 cup
5. Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.) 1 cup
6. Thousand Island salad dressing ½ cup
7. Spicy brown mustard 1 tablespoon
8. Chopped green onion 2 tablespoons
9. Caraway seeds, toasted ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Loaded Reuben Totchos

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

Spread potato nuggets on prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 28 to 32 minutes.

3 . Stage

Top potato nuggets with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Colby and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 5 to 8 minutes.
