Ingredients for - Mango Cobbler

1. Melted butter - ½ cup
2. Ripe mangoes - peeled, pitted, and sliced - 2
3. White sugar - ½ cup
4. Peach schnapps - 2 tablespoons
5. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
6. White sugar - ¾ cup
7. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
8. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
10. Milk - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Mango Cobbler

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pour melted butter into an 8-inch square baking dish.

2. Stage

Mix mangoes, 1/2 cup sugar, and peach schnapps together in a bowl. Layer mango slices over the butter in the baking dish and pour remaining juice over all.

Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg together in a bowl. Add milk and stir batter to combine.

Pour or drop batter evenly over the mango in the baking dish.
