1. Stage
Wash the meat and cut into chops. Chop them. Salt and pepper each chop.

Place 1 slice of bacon and 1 apple slice on the mustard.

Place 1 teaspoon of grated horseradish beside the apple.

Roll up the roll. Wrap one piece of bacon around the roll. Secure with a skewer.
